Day 1 Arrive in London to check to your hotel and pick up your Welcome Pack containing all your tickets and travel vouchers. Then join a hop-on/hop-off sightseeing tour on board famous red London double-decker buses followed by a Thames river cruise and a guided walking tour. Return to your hotel for your overnight stay


Day 2 Check out of your hotel and take the train to Leamington Spa (80 minutes). After checking in to your hotel take a short taxi ride to Britain’s most famous Warwick Castle to experience a thousand years of history in its towers and ramparts; also enjoy knights, princesses, jousting and spectacular birds of prey. Return to your hotel in Leamington Spa for your overnight stay.


Day 3 Take the 30 minute train ride to nearby Stratford-upon-Avon to visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace, and other Shakespeare properties, including Nash’s House & New Place, Hall’s Croft, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Mary Arden’s Farm. Afterwards, explore historic Stratford-upon-Avon at your own pace by enjoying hop-on/hop-off sightseeing tour on board open-topped double decker buses. Take the train back to Leamington Spa and return to your hotel for your overnight stay.


Day 4 Check out of your hotel and take the train to Cardiff (3 hours) . Drop your luggage off at your hotel and visit the nearby National Museum Cardiff. Afterwards, enjoy a guided tour of Cardiff Castle, where you’ll be able to discover more than 2,000 years of history. Try something different for dinner: choose to upgrade your package and enjoy a banquet evening at the castle. Return to your Cardiff hotel for your overnight stay.


Day 5 Enjoy a full-day of sightseeing tour today, with themes depending on the day of the week you choose to go. Tours include Mines & Mountains, which will transport you from the depths of a Welsh coal mine at the World Heritage Town of Blaenavon to the breathtaking Brecon Beacons National Park; Romans & Ruins, including a visit to the Roman fortress towns of Caerleon and Caerwent, the wonderful Wye Valley, Tintern Abbey and majestic Raglan Castle; or the Golden Gower, a tour around the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its golden stretches of sandy beaches, spectacular cliff top views and ancient monuments. Return to your hotel in Cardiff for your overnight stay.


Day 6 Check out of your hotel and take the train to Bath. Once settled in to your new hotel, you’re free to discover this Georgian city at your own pace by enjoying hop-on/hop-off sightseeing tour on board open-topped double decker buses. Bath is home to the famous Roman Baths, Pump Room, Royal Crescent and 18th-century Assembly Rooms, which were featured in Jane Austen’s novel, Persuasion. Return to your hotel for your overnight stay.


Day 7 Make an early start for a full day tour of many of England’s historic sites, including the magical Stonehenge and the Avebury stone circles, two of the most impressive megalithic monuments in Europe; Lacock National Trust Village, an idyllic village frozen in the 18th century (used in the filming of Pride and Prejudice and Harry Potter), where you can enjoy a bite to eat in a wonderful country pub open since 1362; and the Cotswold village of Castle Combe, a tranquil village of weavers’ cottages nestling in a wooded valley, also used as a film location by Steven Spielberg. Return to your hotel for your overnight stay.


Day 8 Check out of your hotel and take the train (90 minutes) to London. Return home.
