Day 1
Settle in at the Staybridge Suites, your modern & comfortable hotel, located right at the heart of all the action, convenient for all the bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes from the Liverpool ONE Shopping Complex. Then enjoy the first highlight of this great value 'Beatles Themed' break, a fascinating Magical Mystery Tour to discover the amazing story of how the Fab Four came to be. You'll see the Beatles' childhood homes as well as the places that inspired some of their most memorable songs, including Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. Your Magical Mystery Tour ticket also includes entry to the legendary Cavern Club, which is the final stop on this tour. You can either go to the club straight after your tour to enjoy live music (played daily from 3.30pm), or keep your ticket to present for admission later on in the evening, so you visit the club before experiencing the lively nightlife of this vibrant and exciting city that has so much to offer.
Day 2
The major attraction for your second day is the world famous, multi award winning Beatles Story experience, a fantastic and nostalgic journey back in time, to find out how four young lads from Liverpool went on to become the greatest band of all time. Their story is vividly brought to life with fabulous displays and interactive exhibits. Entrance to both the Beatles Story site at Albert Dock and the new site at Pier Head is included in your package.
During your stay, be sure to make time to visit the spectacular new Peace and Harmony European Peace Monument, dedicated to John Lennon, celebrating his life, his music and his message of world peace. Unveiled in October 2010, this visually striking monument is located in lovely Chavasse Park, an oasis of calm in the heart of Liverpool’s new multi million pound shopping and leisure development, Liverpool ONE.
