At the world famous home of Wedgwood pottery, visitors can marvel at the time-honoured skills on display in the crafts demonstration area and take advantage of the chance to meet and talk to the artisans at work, before releasing their inner potter and trying out some of the techniques for themselves.

The wonderful Wedgwood Museum chronicles the life of Josiah Wedgwood I, the 'Father of English Potters', the company he founded and the people whose skills and artistry have kept Wedgwood at the forefront of taste and fashion for many generations.
 

The Wedgwood Visitor Centre also offers a Personalisation Service, giving guests the option of commissioning their own bespoke hand-painted Wedgwood piece as a memento or gift.  They simply need to bring a photograph, sketch or reference and the Wedgwood hand painter will produce a piece to their unique specifications.
