Discover Travel and Tours is committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our suppliers and clients.

It is our policy to deliver a holiday experience to our clients that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Discover Travel and Tours will deliver the following service standards to our contracted suppliers:

  1. All invoices and voucher claims will be paid within agreed terms, each and every time.
  2. Respond to all account queries within 24 hours and produce a final resolution within 14 days.
  3. Answer all booking queries within 24 hours.
  4. Encourage and promote good quality and best practise amongst our suppliers.
  5. Regular quarterly communications and newsletters.
  6. Actively manage allocations to maximise yields and release back rooms when not required.

This policy statement is relevant to our organisation, its goals and the expectations and needs of our customers. It is understood, applied and maintained at all levels of the company.

The policy is reviewed and revised periodically to reflect changes in the company's and its suppliers and clients expectations.
